How do I order a replacement PCOC or ROCM card?

Please go to www.canboat.ca, register your account as a returning user, login, update your mailing address on your Profile, then go to Store and order the card you need. For any problems with the online request, please email: HQG@cps-ecp.ca

My PCOC or ROCM card has not arrived in the mail?

Please email: Cards at cartes-cards@cps-ecp.ca or call 1.888.277.2628 extension 2172 or email HQG@cps-ecp.ca

How do I renew my membership or join CanBoat / NautiSavoir?

Please login and go to the Membership Tab and go from there. If you experience difficulty, please email membership at membership@cps-ecp.ca or call 416.293.2438 or 1.888.277.2628.
