The exam covers material on DSC and the G... Read morelobal Maritime Distress and Safety System as well as basic voice procedures. Please contact the instructor to schedule the exam. For students who do not have the necessary knowledge, we recommend registering for the Maritime Radio Self-Study course which provides a link for 60 days from the date you register with access to Power Point presentations, videos, simulation of Digital Selective Calling and sample exam questions and answers.Read less

This is a "challenge" exam only -- the exam consists of 60 multiple choice questions and 3 "oral". The exam can be done in-person or via zoom. In either case, it takes about 45 minutes.
