Tickets, Meals and Registration Information

If you’re a CPS-ECP Member, please login to your profile by clicking the login button above (top right) before placing an order for tickets. If you’re a non-member and you haven’t made a purchase on the CPS-ECP website you must create an account before placing an order for tickets. Create your account by clicking the register button above and order your event tickets below.

National officers who having their hotel accommodations paid by CPS-ECP must make their reservations directly with CPS-ECP. Contact hqg@cps-ecp.ca CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation on or before September 3, 2023 are accepted with no penalty.  Starting September 4, 2022 all cancellations are subject to a $35 administration fee per person.  After September 25, 2023 cancellations will be partly refunded only if another conference participant registers to take your place. Registration closes October 14, 2023.

Hotel Booking information

The discounted rate before September 16, 2023 is $175 (Sunday through Thursday). The rate after September 16, 2023 will be $195 (Friday and Saturday) + HST and local taxes per night, (subject to availability – book early).
